  25. Never had that problem and I routinely start it with only typing 'gs'.

  40. The magic word here is RTFM :)
  41. Go find the 'FontMap' file in the data directory. Load into your favourite 
  42. editor and also load the 'font.doc'. Now change to your liking and print away.
